The project “Green Journey, Digital Knowledge” hopes to bring positive changes to the community, helping the younger generation in disadvantaged areas improve their living conditions and facilitate easier access to knowledge and technology.
On the morning of November 10th, Ky Anh District, Ha Tinh Province, in collaboration with sponsoring units, organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the “Green Journey – Digital Knowledge” project at Ky Hai Primary and Secondary School. The project is mainly sponsored by Construction Joint Stock Company 47 and Vu Phong Energy Group.
The “Green Journey – Digital Knowledge” project at Ky Hai Primary and Secondary School is the first in a series of 10 major projects celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Construction Joint Stock Company 47. The goal is to build and improve infrastructure at schools in remote areas while promoting digital transformation in education.
The project will implement activities such as building solar-powered restroom systems, providing Chromebooks along with the Google Workspace for Education ecosystem, with a total budget of over 500 million VND. Xanh Yeu Thuong is the main management and construction unit, operating the green journey – digital knowledge system.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Nam Phong, Chairman of the BOD of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 and Vu Phong Energy Group, shared: “With the cooperation of many parties, working towards sustainable development goals, I believe the ‘Green Journey, Digital Knowledge’ project will bring positive changes to the community, especially for students, in terms of green and digital transformation. This is an important step, not only towards sustainable development goals but also helping the younger generation in disadvantaged areas improve their living conditions and facilitate easier access to knowledge and technology.”
Mr. Vo Ta Cuong, Vice Chairman of Ky Anh District People’s Committee, thanked the sponsors and requested related departments, the Ky Hai commune authorities, and Ky Hai Primary and Secondary School to create the best conditions for the construction unit.
