CC47 and CREG WIRTH sign the strategic cooperation and TBM technology transfer in boring the traffic road and Metrotunnels.
The former of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 was Hydraulic Construction Company No.7 was established on 08 September 1975 under Decision No.888/QD-TCCB of the Ministry of Water Resources, based on the Zone V Mechanical Construction Team, with the task for construction of the irrigation works serving agriculture, livelihood and economy sector for the Central provinces and the Central Highlands.
On 15 March 1993, the Ministry of Water Resources issued Decision No.108/QD-TCCB-LD on the re-establishment of the State-owned Hydraulic Construction Company No.7 under the Ministry of Water Resources.
On 03 February 1996, Hydraulic Construction Company No.7 was merged into Construction Corporation No.4 and renamed into Construction Company 47 according to Decision No.119NN-TCCB/QD of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
On 12 January 1999, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Decision No.07/1999/QD/BNN-TCCB to transfer Construction Company 47 – member of Construction Corporation No.4 into an independent State-ownedEnterprise, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Implementing the policy of the Party and the State on the renewal and rearrangement of the State-owned enterprises, on 01 July 2005, the Company officially transferred the operational mechanism from the State-owned enterprises (Construction Company 47) into the joint-stock company (Construction Joint Stock Company 47) as per the Decision No.4411QD/BNN-TCCB dated 08 December 2004 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), with 51% of the State capital and 49% of the capital of the Company’s employees.
On 25 August, CC47 and CREG WIRTH signed the strategic cooperation, TBM technology transfer for boring traffic road and Metro tunnels. This is one of the important cooperation of the Company, contributing to confirm the position and important functions of the Company in the projects of Vietnam.
